This is one of my FAVORITE things to do this time of year!!
With all of the large amazing dinners and different entrees, there are always BONES left over! Chicken bones, ham bones, turkey bones, beef bones….
And I ALWAYS jump on the opportunity to make bone broth out of ALL of them♥️ after making the bone broth, I pressure can it to use it later.
These jars are my Christmas turkey bone broth💖🤩

Oh my goodness! My daughter accidentally drew me by a total random selection of color and amazing technique. She draws people and this illustration is her free hand. My kids asked me one day not long ago if I could do anything with crab apples. They had been looking at all of the crab apple trees and the amazing abundance of fruit and were curious how one could eat it. I grew up in rural South Dakota making all different kinds of fruit jellies with my mom. I have to say- this jelly quickly became a favorite!!! It’s tart with just enough sweetness. This is going to be a thing I do every year😂 I LOVE IT!!
